Sonbet Terms & Conditions – Your Complete Guide to Using the Service

Sonbet (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "Sonbet") is an online betting and gaming service provider. By using this website or mobile app, you voluntarily agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Sonbet currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers are also accepted, though processing times may be longer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

If a match starts earlier or later than scheduled, or is abandoned, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable betting rules. For live betting, odds can change rapidly — the odds displayed at the time your bet is submitted are final.

• Minimum bet is ৳20 (may vary by sport).
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error are subject to cancellation.
• If match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected, the bet will be voided and the account suspended.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event ("arbitrage") is prohibited.

Sonbet's services are intended for fair and lawful use only. Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using someone else's account or allowing others to use yours.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach or compromise the security or systems of the platform.
• Abusing or threatening our staff.

You can close your account at any time by emailing our support team or reaching out via live chat. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

As part of its responsible betting commitment, Sonbet offers a self-exclusion feature. You can lock your account for a set period — 30 days, 6 months — or permanently.

• Your account cannot be reopened while a self-exclusion period is active.
• Deposit limits can be lowered at any time — increasing them requires a 24-hour waiting period.
• Accounts closed due to rule violations will not be reinstated.
